CHC Customer Care Maintenance Program . . .

Our maintenance program is called: "Customer Care Maintenance Program". We encourage everyone to maintain their equipment on an annual basis. There are a multitude of reasons for that.

1. Every major manufacturer requires annual maintenance in order for their warranties to stay in tact. This is one way manufacturers can "get out of" covering a part under warranty.
2. Maintenance can save you between 10 & 15% off of your annual utility bill. With today's utility rates, this service more than pays for itself.
3. Heating & Cooling equipment is expensive. Maintenance is the best way to ensure it will last a long time.
4. National Average on an emergency service call is $130. Maintenance can catch small problems before they become big ones and it only costs $65.
5 You don't have to remember to call us. We reserve you a month to have the maintenance performed and we call you to set up a convenient time to have it done.
6. You are a preferred customer. That means the technicians will give you priority treatment and care. Our maintenance agreement family is just that - our family of customers that we take care of and rely on us to take care of their heating & cooling needs year in and year out.
